NY ranks among the lowest, haha. I'm really suprised Florida isn't in there, considering all of our bad drivers (read geriatrics) in the Northeast eventually move to Florida and bring there driving skills with them. :p

Gotta 90. When I took my permit test I got an 80. Written tests mean nothing for driving.
