Re: electric shaver?
I love the electric because I can get close as my fusion around my chin/upper lip area without the irritation. I can't return it. She was all giddy and happy that she got it for me. It was cute. Doesn't pulling your skin tight help or anything? I mean its very bearable. Re: electric shaver?
Number one tip for an electric razor: Turn it on first!!!
Ok...seriously:
1) Put warm water on your face first. Some people use a warm washrag.
Then pat your face dry
2) Take the head off (the razors head of course) after every shave and dump out the cut hairs. It only takes a second. It soon becomes a habit.
3) Give your face some time to become use to the electric razor. (your manual or instructions will say something about this)
Hope it helps.Last edited by Dr Todd; 05-30-2006, 06:51 AM.Dr Todd

Re: electric shaver?
well, which kind is it? the tri-head or the single flat head, I've had both I use a self-cleaning tri-head now, the only thing I can recommend is lectric shave...stuff works great, but get the green liquid, not the lotion, the lotion clogs up the shaver...but I honestly havent used a regular razor in a long time, if you know what your doing, and it does take practice you'll find it'll be much faster and almost as close as a regular shave, but that requires the use of the lectric shave stuff.....the only thing I can warn you about it is if you have the tri-head one dont let your hair get too long or it will actually pull your hair out, instead of cut it, the flat one doesnt seem to do this though....good luck.

Re: electric shaver?
With mine it helps to press it closer to the skin to get a close shave. If my hair is at an uncomfortable length to shave with a regular razor I will use the electric first, then a normal razor. That keeps my skin from getting irritated and I get a close shave. It's also great for trimming sideburns.-Eric
2002 Navy Blue Camaro...Striped and Stalled. 35th Anniversary SS wheels
Best ET: 15.384 @ 88.32 on street tires
Project Whitney: Goal, 14.0 1/4 by summer 2008.
