That would be interesting to see, but I can't see them doing it. There is too much demand for fwd and awd in our fair country, and too many people still want thier mini vans.... Thats the main reason why Audi takes a big chunk of Mercades and Bmw's market is because they offer awd in an under $100k car.

And being the Grand Prix and Bonneville imparticular have a huge market, it would almost be stupid I would think to either drop them or make them RWD..

Heck I still know people who would buy a Pontiac any day but wouldn't touch a Chevrotlet. And I mean Z-28 to Firebird Formula because there is some sort of mechanical difference... Some people are just too ignorant.

GM has said a completely new GTO will be coming out built off the same platform as the Camaro. It will probably be a little while after the Camaro comes out because they don't want to take anything away from it's release.

The only way I see a "5th gen" firebird being on the streets is if someone aftermarket makes a conversion.

??? What are you talking about? BMW comes in an AWD. The 325x and 330x are both AWD for under $100K. Mercedes has AWD as well, but I don't know about prices.

Sorry I mean in a full size car, Comparable to a 500 series. Those are real wheel drive only, unless they changed something in the few years, I havn't kept up on the new ones, out of my price range anyways.

It's not going to happen, we'll be lucky to see a Camaro. I just hope GM doesn't go out of business in the next 10 years. :( Nice photoshop on the black one though.

O' god! here we go. back to the boring TA looking like a Camaro. One of the things I loved about the 4th gen TA so much was that it was original.

They have to stay fairly close being same frame and stuff, but I think they those pics need something a little front end flare, the old shaker hood was a nice add on! But something more with the front and the back end to set it apart a bit more. Maybe a wide body kit or something.
