Thor, I would still love to put a V6 in my race chassis just to see what it could do..
I would probably just buy a junk yard engine/tranny, run open y-pipe, order the converter I had from Vig a while back and just spray it to the moon.. :)
Due to lack of time I doubt that will ever happen though. I don't even have time to work on my LS1 anymore. I blew it up late last year and just finally started to tear it apart again.
Here's a question.. Who semi-recently (past 2 years or so) has blown up a 3800 K engine from over powering it? I'm not talking about spun bearings or anything, I'm talking about pistons cracking, etc...
If there was a local hard core guy by me I'd have no problem sponsoring them.. I want to see a v6 f-body go 9's!!!!

I killed a clutch, flywheel, tranny, rearend, and master and slave cylinder in the last year.
but my motors have all run normal, but i stick stock internally and no FI
