Color isn't everything. I was rolling the newspapers only to see an article on the front page reguarding the number of african americans in the MLB. It says that there are not enough. WTF? Are you serious? Do you really think club managers are choosing players based on the color of their skin rather than their ability to play baseball? This whole situation is the same as me saying, "F this, blah blah blah, there aren't enough white people in rap." Its a bunch of :bs: and i'm sick and tired of everything coming down to an issue of race. If a black guy is good enough to play in the majors, odds are he is gonna play.... /rant

The only reason there aren't many black people in baseball is because many of the best black athletes would rather play football or basketball...that said, some of the greatest baseball players have been black: Hank Aaron, Ken Griffey Jr, Barry Bonds, etc. In order for race relations to evolve to the next level we need to become "color blind" to a certain extent and not pay so much attention to it.

actually.. the real reason why black people are good at basketball and football (besides their natural body structure) is because those sports are very cheap to play. All you need to play football.. is a football.. basketball... a basketball and a hoop (which can be anything). I'm not saying all black people are poor, but the majority of black professionals in sports were poor before they made it big.

That's pretty good. The same can be said about boxing.

But then again there are a lot of poor white that got into UFC fights.
