Anyone know where I can get a carcoon??

I called them and they said they dont sell them anymore, so is there anything else out there like it...obviously its going to be for the camaro...ya I know its sad that I dont drive it and I know it's not a ferrari but I'd like to keep the car till Im an old man....would be nice, especially since it's my first car...anyways if anybody knows of another brand or anything lemme know....I'd just like to be able to keep the doors cracked and windows down so all the weather stripping stays nice and new, and of course keep all the dust off the outside of the car too...thanks.

I recall seeing something similar in Mid America Magazine, a popular Corvette restoration and parts catalog. Not sure if exactly what you were looking for, but maybe check them out. Their website is www.madvet.com

dude if you find one post it up. i would get one 2. i don't really take the camaro out much. and the car cover isn't enough. but then again i'm buying a house in a few months and we are getting at least a 2 car garg. so my little girl will have a new home! heheh

carcapsule.com they have em...and cheaper then carcoon....but they are indoor only use I think, the carcoons were in/out but, mine will be sitting in a big ol' steel building so the carcapsule works for me...thx guys

carcapsule.com has them for outdoor, but I don't know if I would ever use this thing in a "public" parking lot, even outside my house. It seems that some punk would just try to pop it one night.

ya I dunno about the outdoor one...you'd be changing filters once a month and blablablabla.....and as for a parking lot...I think it's designed for long-term storage...

I was thinking... put the car in there for the winter and then cover it with something else... like a tarp...? Then no one would know what it is and that could be a good deterant for vandalism.

hmm, I think the outdoor ones are opaque, Im not sure though but from all the pics Ive seen Im pretty sure they are....makes sense to keep sunlight out and all...indoor one is the only see through for showcasing it and all :D
