I went thru the mcdonalds drive thru today, I used to work there a while back but dont anymore. The store manager comes out and asks me if the firebird i was driving is mine, and i said yes. She says to me that they were looking for a mcdonalds Mascot/trophy car for the local parade, but they couldnt find anyone that worked there with a nice car, and she said too bad i didnt work there anymore. I agreed to be in the parade just for fun.... Im pretty much really excited, all i have to do is meet at mcdonalds today and get some big *** Magnets on the side and hood. Ill post pics later today/tomorrow with what it looks like.... this shall be fun...

make sure the magnets dont ruin your paint.:)
and i dont know how youre going to stick em to the side...its fiberglass.

ended up taping them to the window edge.... the hood is fiberglass ( not original one) it was fun, near the end of the hour drive at 5 mph the engine was getting real hot.... was fun!Comment

i remember when i went to test drive my car, the salesman couldnt find a spot to stick the plate :) he ended up putting it on the dash, when i drove the vette he didnt even bother trying and just stuck it on the dash :DOriginally posted by notsonicComment

We had that problem with my dads vette when my gf was in a parade. We eventually used masking tape since it doesnt effect the paint, but even that didnt work too well either cuz it was freshly waxed :D Held up just long enough.sigpic
