You shouldnt run any nitrous on a totally stock car IMO. At least intake, cat back exhaust and TR6 plugs.
85 shot is a safe shot with the above mods, after that you need an aftermarket hi flow fuel pump. Check out the Nitrous section for more details.
Without Nitrous? You could get an LSD rearend with 3.73's full intake/exhaust and dip into the high 14's but I am not sure about a full second of a drop. I could be wrong though. Shenanigans ran a 14.6 with free mods...

My cam and install: 500
Used Zex Nitrous kit(100 shot): 150
Stock Tune
Stock Heads
Stock 3.42s
Used posi: 60
Full weight minus rear setback
Used Catback with cutout:200
Running pig rich, not spraying off the line, and in the middle of summer
The best i got was a 13.3@105 Total cost invested for that slip $910
If you add the money i spent on a tune and my 4.10s, probably close to 1500 I can see mid 12s easily if i put the nitrous back on the car and took some weight out which doesnt cost anything.

Thats a steal for the Zex kit!! Did you have any of N2O accesories i.e. bottle warmer, press gauge, window switch etc? That was the stuff the added up for me. My kit was only $325 but with all my accesories it added up to much more :o
Removing the "!driver" mod from a vehicle can usually be the most cost effective AND time reducing mod one can do.
While I didn't drop a full second with just removing that mod, i removed about half a second, and the other half second with about 300 bucks of mods :D
