ok, so today, i have officially done away with crappy jobs... probably.
I just started my first engineering co-op with a small(ish) private company over here in auburn hills. Right now since i'm not that great with CAD i'm trouble-shooting problems that are coming up in the designs and *ahem* documenting our competitor's design work. I'm SOOOO happy right now i just felt like i had to say something. After working fast food, waiting tables, busting tires, landscaping and then concrete its so great to have a job where people actually respect my ideas and solutions and they dont treat me like i'm trying to rip them off by being lazy (i'm sorry if i cant swing a sledge-hammer for 20 minutes straight trying to break thru 6-7 inches of concrete with re-rod in it without taking some time to regain feeling in my arms). I only say probably cuz i might start moonlighting to start saving for motor parts!
