            Re: I feel honored!

myrtle beach is nice but so is Nags head...probably more to do in Myrtle Beach though...personally I'd like to see a group show up at the GM nats in Carlisle Pa or the GoodGuys show they have in Hershey every spring...both good events to get a group to come to...I've been trying to contact someone local here about getting an event going at Richmond Int Raceway...twice a year down at Texas speedway they have an event called "Laps for Charity" where you get to take your car out on the track and cook around for a few laps. No passing is allowed but it cal still be a pretty hot pace depending on who else is out there with you. (I dont know why people bring SUVs to that event) you also get a picture of your ride sitting in Victory Lane...all for about $30...its a great event to build a meet around. If they would do it here in Richmond that would be awesome (but I dont think they will)

                    Re: I feel honored!

yea but orlando isnt "central-lized" either. id love to drive down to orlando, and i prablly would if there was ever a decent sized meet down there. half the reason i would go is just to go to all that fun stuff shenani said. we kinda disscussed a PA meet in another thread. there's ALOT of people on in pa,nj,ny. and theres alot of people in FL, a meet in the middle of all that would be nice.

I do agree it should be centralized, I just like to throw Orlando out because there is no shortage of **** to do. And well its local LOL

                          Re: I feel honored!

I LOVE the gatherings that go on!

You meet sooooo many people that you have always talked to but never met in person.

The AIS and *** events were great... and I hope they do start again.

There is a HUGE amount of V6's in the eastern coast area (NJ, NY, PA, MD, VA etc).

I know they are planning a v6 bash in Texas.... maybe Feb 2007.

I hope there is another cecil MD event! I miss them! There is soooo many more people I have yet to meet!
