        He should move on to cars next, now that would be funny. Still that is f*ed up; but he does do it during rush hour, you see some people "rushing" by; they are too busy to worry about any lowlives stealing bikes.

            that last guy was his accomplice.

            I like how 4 police cars and 1 security guard car was just right next to him and didnt even bother to ask him what hes doing.
            I'm sure EVERYBODY thinks that that is really HIS bike and that he isnt stealing it.
            Still, that was dam funny... "no one gives a $hit"
            I'm sure if he tried that crap at night in front of cops he might get more response?

                  I guess you could at least call the cops and report suspicious activity, but im sure most people will not just up and approach the guy.

                  You know, even if it was your bike, how do you prove ownership to the cops if they do come up and question you?

                    I think u can register your bike cant you, like they have id #s on em so they can track down your bike. problem is most people dont and the po po have a grip of stolen bikes with no clue whos it is or ne way to confirm ownership.
