Re: ebay
is the auction still going on? if the bidding is over, you might be stuck.. talk to the guy running the auction.. he might let you out of it, but if its already over, hes still gettin charged by ebay, so you should at least reemburse him for that...Phill

95 camaro... need money for turbo project...
94 S10 Blazer - winter beater - infinity system to be installed soon

\"The man who says it cant be done should not interrupt the man doing it...\"

Re: ebay
You should get outbid with 1-2 days left, as logn as you didnt put some crazy high bid in.
If all else fails, try to have someone pay for it, like a friend, or someone on the board, a lot of people want the aluminum driveshaft.
First try talkin to the guy, at least let him know he may be able to cancel your bid.

Re: ebay
thats only if there is an error that the seller made, which there isnt, you have to contact the seller to retract a bid, and it is up to them, by law you are obligated to pay if the seller wont retract and you win it

Re: ebay
I sold some NASCAR tix on e-bay. Some lady one the bid, and contacted me. She sent me an e-mail a few days before the race saying payment was "on the way". So I never re-listed. The race came and went, I had to eat the tix and pay the selling fee on e-bay. She cancelled her e-bay account and e-bay told me there was nothing they could do.
I'm still f-ing pissed about that.

Re: ebay
you should get outbid on that driveshaft unless you made your max bid like 150 or something around there

Re: ebay
Just retract your bid... it's easy.... i remember bidding $500 on a item when i indended to bid $50 .... all i had to do it retract my bid.....
http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/bid-retract.html
Scroll though all the way towards the bottom ----> click "bid retraction " form ----> enter you username and password ----> put the item no. and as a reason put " entered wrong amount for bid" ..... thats it...... hopefully that helps ...
