So last night when i was got home from work i just decided to run. I haven't really ran since soccer season (like 8 months ago ), all i've been doing is getting lazy.
Anyway, I ran about a mile in 8 minutes, i used to be able to run them in 6. I think i'm gonna keep running just to help stay somewhat healthy

i love running. great stress reliever. time to think and get away from everyone.
i know what you mean though. i used to run a mile in 6 minutes then i started back again and it was horrible. but now i'm back to normal. about 4 miles a day so far. there is a really good 5 mile trail i found that i'm about to start though. gotta keep doing more and more though...tryin to get into a training schedule to run a half marathon next april.

I just got back from running 3 miles in 100 degree heat here in Wisconsin. Worked up a great sweat. Running is one of my favorite excercises. My routine is 200 stomach excercises followed by a lot of push-ups, and then either bike or run...3 to 4 times a week.
I do a mile in about 12 or 13 last tiem I checked (almost 4 years ago) :P . I don't like to run, walking is fine, and I love to lift, but don't like to run....
i feel ya, but it has been 5 years for me(end of hs soccer). i have really bad knees now. but i started up agian. and it look me 8.22 i'm down to a 6.38, but in hs i was doing it in 5.08. that is my goal again. hopefully we're both on track again!
I went running for the first time since spring a week ago. Went 2 miles in 12 minutes. Not to bad, but last year I ran in a 2 mile race and finished with a time of 10:59. So I'm slowly getting out of shape. Its only going to get worse to as that was my last year of hs (I played soccer which kept me in shape) and now I won't be in any sports. Hopefuly I stay healthy.
Still trying to find oil leak on my Camaro, it’s a tough one. I think it is the oil pressure sender myself. Leaking when raving and going into boost....
