call your local police department and tell them your doing a speech/ presentation against legal street racing, foresay... and they will probably give you information on where to get what you need.

some state websites have them listed, u can also buy the books, and spend about a year reading them :-)

      some for texas....
      http://www.capitol.state.tx.us/statutes/index.htm

state of texas, heres how u get outta a speeding ticket...

§ 201.904. SPEED SIGNS. The department shall erect and
maintain on the highways and roads of this state appropriate signs
that show the maximum lawful speed for commercial motor vehicles,
truck tractors, truck trailers, truck semitrailers, and motor
vehicles engaged in the business of transporting passengers for
      compensation or hire (buses).

law for speed signs doesnt state anything about citizen vehicles....... lol watch the law get changed after this post gets spread around every board...

          http://leginfo.ca.gov/calaw.html

It's only California, but if the state doesn't matter try searching the vehicle code on that site.

If your school has a LexisNexis subscription you might be able to pull something off of there too.
