u get a scanner, pic up the frequency, then tun your radio into that frequency.... its expensive equiptment for even decent stuff.....

yeah, you have to get a modified HAM radio, and they are not cheap, i do have a VHF radio with programming software for it, but somehow i doubt that it will be a vhf frequency, all in all it would probably be like a $500 prank for medioker equip.Comment
