when people with v8's pick on u when u only have a v6...i dont know how many times some punk with a v8 bird,camaro,mustang or etc. tailgates me and just pisses me off! anybody else get this from them bulleys?:bs:

Make them look like an idiot, get them to pull up next to you at a light, and when the light changes (after all the rev-ups, of course) he's gonna go like wild-man, and you, turn right. Tends to piss them off quite a bit.

Yep I get no respect sometimes.It's like 50/50 with some of the v8 drivers I have met.But I just walk by them at a car show at the end of the day carrying my 1st place trophey with a smile :) thats my revenge.

They could be looking for a race, I look at the back of cars for a Z28 or similar badge or take a close look at the spoiler on the firebird to see if it is worth a shot.

One time I was leaving a car show and this guy who had a black LT1 Trans Am pulls up next to me at a light. I look over, smile, and say "ya wanna go?"
He says "nah, you'll kick my a$$". So I say "oh, c'mon." So the light turns and we both hit it. I pulled on him real good only with boost (no nitrous). Had him by at least a few car lengths. So then I turn the bottle on to heat it and really show him what the car can do, but he ends up turning off before the next light.

A couple weeks later I see him at another car show and I walk up and say "hey, is it true that the V6 f bodies are faster than the V8's?" And he and I just started laughing. :)

I always get either one of two responses when talking about my car. One, is they give me props for suping up a v6, and wonder what kind of numbers I put down, and are genuinely impressed. Two, the typical v6 bashing, haha why would you waste money on a v6 comments.

To each his own, but I love pulling up next to a z28 and laughing as I blow him off the road, point at the engine and hold up 6 fingers and mouth "Yeah, its a v6."

im proud of mine even though it might be ruined, we'll see. it was quick off the line when stock, i was impressed. now its just quicker

Im happy with my V6 for the most part. Sometimes get V6 bashing but the responce "at least im not trying to make up for a lack of something" shuts them up.

I cant wait till a v8 picks on me!! ;) They talk all kinds of $hit, but everytime I ask for a race, they give me another lame excuse to why they cant (usually Mustang GT drivers). I usually give'em a gut check "Is your big v8 scared of my wittle v6?" Then they give me the speech of how I wasted my money, blah, blah, blah.
