I think you guys are taking it a little bit to personally. Its a work of fiction, its a "what if", its not like they're coming straight out and saying "yea we think G.W. needs to die". I think the only reason this is "outraging" people is because he's the current president. If they'd made this after he'd left office nobody would care.
