Anyone ever taken an IQ Test?

Have you taken those online IQ test's?..

I have tried it before, and really didnt have enough patience to finish it but i just did.

They want $$ for your IQ test score but

I have taken some of the free tests you receive in e-mails from friends. I believe I got around 110 in the tests i took. Average I assume. I have never taken a real test, never had the need.

I took one a long time ago with my dad, i think i was around 12, i got a 126. I remember taking one more recently and i scored a 128. I'm pretty sure that was several years ago. I might take one sometime soon

no no, my friends entire family is psychologists. I have been given a few IQ test as "practice" for them. In a "real IQ test" the testor has to be in the room with you, they monitor your physical attributes as well as answering questions. Very few are multiple choice, if any that I recall. There is a lot of reading aloud and problem solving. So the web based ones seem off to me.

That would make sense,. im sure these arent as accurate as they get..
the test i took.. was 12 pages long, i have seen other test's that are much much longer than that.

I think this gives you an idea of your intellegence level at least.

I found alot of them pretty easy, and some were stumpers.

ive taken the online ones a couple of times i think. dont think i did the one with the tester person.

my best was like 135 only 15 pts from GENIUS :p but i seriously i dont know how valid ne were. its probably alot lower now too lol.

I've had a real IQ test. I scored a 157. That was some time ago though.

This was at least 5 years ago. I think I've gotten stupid. I hate math but I love science.. I should go to school to teach physics. I actually help my girlfriend with her physics homework tonight. Kind of odd.
