html code people come inside

i have a question on a website that im making that i cant figure out. i have an iframe inside of a page, and a form inside the iframe. and when you click a link inside that form, i want it to open the new page INSIDE the page that the iframe is on. make sense? i just cant figure out how to do it. i CAN get it to open inside that iframe, and in a new window. but how to i make it come up in the same page that the iframe is on? target="???". if you need the script i can put that here too. but.. anyone know how to do it?

I don't specifically know how to do it, but that website has a lot of useful information I use when making websites. That may help.

i figured it out, i was being stuid. all i needed was "_top".
