if you can some documentation (phone records etc.) you can take it to the police, get a report, get a warrent for the release of the # and then your phone company will release all that info to you.

I know that much, and that it's a phone registered in Joplin with Southwestern Bell. The 629 code isn't one that I recognize, though, because most numbers here (for cells) are 389, 592, and 825. I think with just a name I'd be able to stop the person from bothering me anymore, by leaving them a message saying "Listen, (name), don't call me again". Also, chances are it's a kid that had a problem with me while I was in highschool, and I'd know who it is and be able to confront him about it.
Whatever happens, I at least want to know who it was since they're causing me so much hassle.
