Anyone have access to a reverse phone number lookup?

One that doesn't cost like $15 per use.

I've got someone that keeps calling my cell, won't talk to me, calls at all hours. I thought it might be a fax hitting the wrong number and calling me but it has a voicemail and sometimes it rings/sometimes it's shut off. It's been going on for a week now, calls up until midnight and then again at 5AM and stuff. One time I finally started cussing whoever it is out, and they just held down a key so it beeeeeeeeeeeped in my ear then hung up.

I was able to do those basic 411 searches and find out it's a phone bought/activated/registered in the next town over (where lots of people have been buying phones lately) but it won't tell me any more unless I dish out $15.

Figured I'd see if someone else could do it for me on here first. ;)

Off topic, but sort of on topic. My buddy was telling me about a website where you could type in a cell phone number and it would actually show where the cell phone was when it made its last call. Anybody heard of this/ knnow what i'm talking about?

I know the companies can do that but I didn't know there was a website that could.

one of my ex g/f's in the past, would call me, 10 times a day with the number blocked, and not say anything... for over a year.

it was ridiculous.

Naw I doubt it's an ex gf, I know her number and this is somebody else. Plus the number isn't blocked, I've called it back but they refuse to speak.

I'll post the number but it's only for the sake of finding out who it is.
But I won't be upset if it's used for other reasons, remember this person is intentionally harassing yours truly. I'm not maliciously attacking him.

Oh and I didn't know you could get numbers blocked - but if I have to go through all this hassle to block this person's number, and after all the late night/early morning/interrupting phone calls I've had, I want to find out who it is.

I guess once I get this week's check I'll shell out the money to look it up, if no one can find it for me before then.

I use Skype to call numbers that I don't know where there from. It's VOIP but all calls within the US are free till 2007, totally awesome.

if you can some documentation (phone records etc.) you can take it to the police, get a report, get a warrent for the release of the # and then your phone company will release all that info to you.
