    Starting to exercise more.

    The girlfriend and I went parasailing yesterday which was totally awesome but the guys took pictures and after the pictures I am totally disgusted with my fat ***. Im starting running and eating better. Im looking into gyms as well. It was one of those "Wow thats what people see when they see me?!" type of experiences. Not to mention diabetes and high blood pressure runs in my family and holding a first class FAA medical that wouldn't be good to develop that later on in life. I got back from running about 20 minutes ago and I feel great. I will do this.:rock:

        go play with those kangaroo things, i would.

        good to hear your making a good choice, i used to run cross country for school, but just got lazy. i liked it, something to do, maybe i'll start running again too. id never be able to eat more healthy though. i live on oreo's. good luck bud.

          I was on the south beach diet over the summer of 03 and lost 40 pounds but I think I could lose more and tone up by dieting and exercise. The south beach diet is actually a good one for. You can eat all the food you want (except junk food) but in smaller portions.

            ive never looked into all those fad diets, never though anything of them. but if that one actually works for you, then go for it. i eat like a pig and cant get over 120LBS. i do need to exercise more though, i used to lift with my brother ( high school football, he lifts all the time ) but i got too lazy to do that too. maybe i'll start working out with him again. keep us updated bud, good luck.

                  Good for you, keep it up. I actually just lost 15 pounds, it was long over due. Now I just need to keep it off.

                    I guess this means my alcohol consumption goes down as well.

                      Hahaha, i saw those ants in at the beginning and was like "uh... wow, loser must be pretty stupid if he thinks those are kangaroos"

                      Cranes are pretty disappointing really.. i was expecting large bunny rabbits :(

                        ive started doin the same...i use to b 260 back in HS when i played LB for football...now since the only thing i play now i softball ive gotten a beer gut lol...but if i dont start workin out now basic trainning is gonna b 9 weeks of hell...plus being 6'3 from what im told i gotta wiegh around 205 or have less than 30% body fat..that aint to far off since im down to 210....
