autocrossing today... came hard on the brakes, noise dived, rear lifted, less traction the rears locked up and started hopping violently, it was near the ned of the lap.
go next run, and clunkity clunk. Looks like I sheered off the bolt or vibrated it off at the top of the clamshell and the front of the torque arm is floating around. not sure if I had any other damage...
holy crap. seems kinda weird that the front dove anough to make the back tires lock up, with stock brakes. im not sure i understand wth you did to the tq arm.

My tires aren't exactly spectacular, they aren't crap, just not "hi performance" Its not hard to get the abs to kick in on my car pretty easily.
that and my shocks are original with 65k miles. It basically did a horrid wheel hop for like 10-20 feet.

this is quite easy to do... its how i wrecked my first camaro... driving like an a**hole too fast on a winding road... broke too hard entering a rather fast sweeper/higher speed s-turns and had the rear lock up. factory brakes and everything... you def. gotta be careful with these cars on the street as they will do that, even factory.
Hope all is well with the car though man. a torque arm isnt that bad though. least the wheel hop didnt take out the ring and pinion or something like that..
Phill

95 camaro... need money for turbo project...
94 S10 Blazer - winter beater - infinity system to be installed soon

\"The man who says it cant be done should not interrupt the man doing it...\"
didnt relize our cars could do that, i still drive like an old man in my car. good luck with the car eric.

Good point, actually in 2003 it was the 57th most popular name. But anyone on this board is older than that, so I did some research. From 1980-1990 it averaged the 21st most popular.
