i assume ur referring to throttle bodies.. those champ cars all have individual throttle bodies for each cylinder (this year they're limited to v-8's but in the past they had v12's). i forget the engineering behind it but having all those individual throttles boosts performance, not to mention costs an arm, a leg and your sanity trying to keep them all syncronized...Originally posted by slow6
