I started messing with black and white pics then bringing back some of the color. I think these two came out pretty cool. I also messed with black and white for the cars. The bike tail pipes I think just came out really cool. No photoshoppin there.
Then use the "History Brush Tool" on your "Tools" bar and color over the spots you want to bring the color back.
If you want to narrow it down to a specific area, use the polygon tools to draw the shape or area you would like to bring the color back to. Then, use the history brush and it will only bring color back to the highlighted area.
Im kinda hammered so if it doesnt make sense or if you need more detaill let me know and Ill explain it again tomorrow.
