Not to be a critic here, but take a look again. The fence is sagging on the left. You can run the fence down, and have it "half" spring back to place the way its sitting.
Check it out, the car goes over the fence a lot further to the left then where the cop turned in.

I wouldn't doubt they did. Remember that ridiculous fox special "When cars go bad"? They manipulated car chase footage to make it look like the cars were going crazy. It was a total bunch of :bs:.
