If you found a plane wreck or abandoned car, and discovered a bag of like $100,000 (likely belonging to some gang or mob person) would you give it to police or keep it?
If it were me, and I was certain nobody followed my tracks and it was just me making the find, I would keep it. Stash it away for a year till the heat was off, then I would slowly spend it. Heh heh. Why not?

But if you were to buy something expensive right away, that would be too suspicious. Next thing you know you would bring alot of unwanted attention to yourself. There was a great movie around this theme, with Billy Bob Thorton and Bill Paxton called "A Simple Plan". Watch it sometime!

well, id get a loan to buy the house...use the money to make the payments on the loan each month.
id put like 2k in the bank every other week until half of it was in a account. keep the rest on hand to pay for the house payment and let the rest sit and gain intrest until i needed it.. :) that way nothing looks to shady.

i work waay to much/hard to have nice things, it'd be nice to not have to work for just one thing thats nice once in a while without breaking my back to get it.

people have killed for a lot less than $100K....sad world we live in.
That being said, I'd keep the money, invest it, and make even more money. Then, when the 5th gen Camaro comes out, I'd buy it, take it Lingenfelter, and have them make some sick twin-turbo setup that makes 1000+ RWHP. Why Lingenfelter? because I like them and they offer a warranty.
