UPDATE: Ughhh.. EBAY Advice Needed.. I'm Getting Screwed By A Seller
Yeah, it looks like he sells other stuff that gets him Positive FB and then sells crappy stuff that he makes also. Pretty cleaver, but did you read all the legal garbage in his autions? That would make me wary anyway. He also wants payment in 7 days, and also says 10 days. LOL

Re: UPDATE: Ughhh.. EBAY Advice Needed.. I'm Getting Screwed By A Seller
Thanks for the help everyone.
The saga STILL continues. I contacted Ebay last night by phone and they recommended that I "escalate" my "item not as described" disputes. I did so, and he replied, then I replied, and then they closed and it stated that they would be investigated. The rep at Ebay also told me to report the seller by going to the "help" section to report the seller (again) where there are various subheadings for violations.
Today when I looked at the "non-payment disputes" that he opened, I noticed ONE of them was closed and it said "Seller has filed for a payment claim". So he gets my money and it looks like Ebay *might* pay him as well.
He also responded to my 3 negative feedbacks stating that I owed him money and didn't pay. (If I didn't pay, why do I have his ****ty items?) So I responded right back with some more feedback. I HOPE to GOD that other people steer clear of this person. I don't wish this BS on anyone.
Oh btw, I also received a mutual agreement form from him to remove feedback. I'm not removing my feedback for getting ripped off. This person is crazy.
Re: UPDATE: Ughhh.. EBAY Advice Needed.. I'm Getting Screwed By A Seller
Trying to help everyone out on ebay here... when you see alot of possative feedback from the same person in a row, that says the same thing, the scammers are fake selling to get feedback back and forth from other scammers to get a good rep, and then they sell a few real items to scam poeple out of money. Always look at the feedback before you buy, and look at the items the sold, and the people they sold to.
Or just dont use ebay << the easiest way.
Sorry to hear about this, but some people are just d!cks and make a living by scamming and not working for honest pay.

Wow, this is crazy, hope this guy gets what he deserves.
Did you talk to Ebay about the "Payment Claim"? I would talk to them about it and send copies of the checks, and pictures of the items, so that they can see that if you didn't pay you shouldn't have gotten the items.
This is going to have to be a "Sticky" so that noone else buys from this guy.

I hate paypal with a passion. You say its easy, I say its another company entity with my bank account number that I don't trust.
As for this scammer, I read a few of the negative feedbacks he has had in the past, and it seems to be the same thing everytime. Im not sure what is up, but this guy seems to have responses already made to put down incase someone leaves a negative feedback.

Re: UPDATE: Ughhh.. EBAY Advice Needed.. I'm Getting Screwed By A Seller
best advice if you can't get the seller to respond or help you is leave feedback that states wild things like "seller tried to mollest my child" or "seller was arrested for child pornography" and then they usually freak out and ask you to recall the feedback and then you can get it all straightened out.

You realize that you could get sued for libel doing that, and the fact that the guy behaved badly would be absolutely no defence.

Where is this guy at? Maybe there are some members around that area. Things change when they know that they could be hurt. Not just hiding behind a computer somewhere.
Even if it's a PO Box, they have #s and could have a note posted to it.

Re: UPDATE: Ughhh.. EBAY Advice Needed.. I'm Getting Screwed By A Seller
Yeah, it was a PO Box. They are from North Carolina. Someone said you could get their personal address from Ebay, but I don't know if that's possible. Hell, I can't even get ebay to settle this the right way and go after the guy.
Re: UPDATE: Ughhh.. EBAY Advice Needed.. I'm Getting Screwed By A Seller
Got this from Ebay today (doesn't help one bit):
Dear sduje2av3,
Thank you for writing eBay in regard to the Unpaid Reminder you
received.
A copy of your email has been forwarded to the appropriate department to
address your concern of receiving a misrepresented item.
I understand your concern about why you received an Unpaid Item reminder
even though you paid for this item. This reminder does not limit the use
of your account and is sent as a notice that the seller has initiated
the Unpaid Item process.
Your seller may have sent this Unpaid Item reminder in error, or as the
result of a misunderstanding. At this point, I would recommend that you
contact the seller to verify that everything with the transaction is
fine. I would also recommend that you retain copies of any email
communications and/or payment information for this transaction.
You can contact your seller by one or more of the following methods:
- Phone: You can request your seller's contact information (including a
phone number) at the following eBay page:
- Email: You can email the seller by clicking the "Ask seller a
question" link in the Seller information box in the item listing.
If you receive an Unpaid Item strike, please reply to us and we will
review the situation in greater detail. Please review the following Web
page for important details on appealing Unpaid Item strikes.
