whatever you do, DO NOT remove your feedback....all he is doing is trying to scare you....as you can see in his feedback, he tried that with other buyer and succeeded......He can't do sh*t .....i have dealth with this kind of seller before .....what i did was that i didn't left the negetive feedback right way but i was keep threatening him that i'll leave neg. and i told him that my paypal is connected with my Credit card so i will get my money back anyway even though it wasn't .......i also told him i contacted ebay, paypal and my credit card company even though i didn't ......I guess that was enough to scare him ....btw, ebay or paypal doesn't do too much .... they act like they are doing stuff but nada..... u know what's the worst part......he will keep fu*king with buyers untill his rating goes below 90%, then he'll get a new screen name and start this all over again.....:( .......Don't remove your feedback.....btw, can BBB do anything? ...send an email ....Also i found this gov website that might look into it....sent them an email too https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.s..._ORG_CODE=PU01 ...... this is what u do ....scare him by saying that you contacted BBB and consumer protection by government....... and see how he reacts ......:)

I had someone pull that crap on me before.
I wrote eBay a little note and the seller's account was closed within days.
The list of crap this seller is dishing out is ridiculous and you can see it just by looking at the list of feedback.
a side note:
When they file a nonpayment dispute, they can typically work eBay's bull**** automated resolution to where feedback cannot be left for either buyer/seller and they are refunded the listing fees.
Often, the seller will say that they made a mistake and that should persuade you to say that the problem was resolved or something (That's where I say it was not resolved and document every detail).
When I get a shady seller, what I do is wait 90+ days then I have a way to pull up the feedback template. I then post the negative feedback and the seller is never given the option to get back at me as it is past the 90 days. eBay's feedback system is a joke because everyone fears retaliatory feedback.
I think I'm going to buy something from this seller just to get his account terminated

Ughh, well that sucks. ^
Anyway, I got about 3 letters back from Ebay that say stupid **** like:
1. Maybe you and the seller had miscommunication
2. Maybe you can retract both feedbacks
3. Maybe we'll let this guy continue doing this. (well, it didn't actually say that,,, but it might as well).
4. They also said they are still investigating.
Put it this way.. my account is in limbo. I didn't do anything with the 2 "non-payment disputes" he left. And I'm not taking my feedback away. I have copies of my cancelled checks from the bank though. I already offered to send them over to Ebay, but they didn't respond as to whether they want to see them or not.

Hey, just keep an eye out and see if he gets back on. I have a buddy at work that got that No longer a registered user thing, from having friends bump up the bids, and he's back on. I guess you can appeal it or something. With that much feedback, I don't think he would want to start over. Just keep and eye out for him.

look at his feedback... much of it is from same users who end the auction and post feedback on the same night - quick shipping indeed. i reported to ebay. lets see how long he lasts

He's an Effin' moron. If I remember correctly somewhere in EBAY's fine print states something about the feedback, and he can't take it to court.
However, I'd look into taking him to court for attempted extortion. IIRC, that's a Felony of the 2nd-3rd degree.
