ASP advice “another bird false because of rain(and some stupid driver)”

On the way to work yesterday at 12:30 am, on the highway some F-ing driver cut me off and I hit the wall after doing couple circles on the middle of the highway, then he took of, I have the police report contacted my insurants they gone send someone to check it out.

Now I now its totaled, so what are some things that I should do??
I already took all my things out of it and all the preferment’s upgrades. What ales should I do ?


And any ide how much $$ will I get from the insurants its 1999 F-bird V6 convertible, with 138,000. miles.

Second question what do I bay now ??? I would like a corvette but I need a car now for the winter, I don’t have a lot of $ so I cant buy one car now and the other in 5 months,

I’m looking to spend around 20,000.00 want a fast car sporty something like vette any suggestions ??

you prolly arent looking at recovering much, look it up on Kelly Blue Book, then figure on less than that.

As far as another sporty car kinda like a vette.......ehhhh

MAYBE 3000gt, Rx7 or 8, LS1 camaro or FB?????

Im selling my 95 Formula 6spd to get a vette. Cant go wrong with a vette, how many young poeple to you see driving them? Not to many.

Everyone with money has a Vette. Young people dont because the insurance would be insane.

Sorry to hear bout the bird, I say get a Ws6 and turbo it so it can waste a Vette. Ws6's look better than Vettes IMO << I know ill get sh!@ for that one...but its my opinion.

SOLSTICE.

20K for a vette... you can't be looking for even a relatively new one. the solstice starts at 20K new. alright so its not the fastest car on the road, base is only 177 hp, but its gotta be about the sexiest one money can buy.

if its too impractical, which it prolly is, go for the gto. obviously more expensive, but performance is a heck of alot better. cant go wrong with a 400 hp ls2. looks arent all that though.

don't get me wrong, a vette is an awesome car, but i guess i see too many of them in a day (i live in bowling green, KY) for them to make a big impression on me, especially one that would cost only 20 grand. if it were me, though, i would definately go pontiac.

vettes are played out, way to many of them and they're all old guys....vettes are overrated IMO which is why I have the V :) and yes you can find a vette for 20k not that hard, it'll have some miles on it and be around an 01' 02' c5...but it'll prolly still be nice....just too many of em...sucks about your car though...just dont expect a huge check.

I thought its worse then it its, now when I look at it in the day I don’t know any more abut if its total or not, but I strongly believe that its gone cost more then 4,000 to fix. And that probably what I will gate, hopefully.

Because the car look like it was pushed against a wall sideways and the door wont open because are stuck with the rear will weal, and I don’t now if that parts is replaceable(the only metal part on the car)

I will let you people know when I learn more abut it.
