my friend *who has the z28* is wanting to sell his car (worth a good bit of money still with 60k on it) and get the skyline. i cant decide whether i like the idea or not. i like the idea.. but i still think SOM ls1 > skyline with 19s.
as cool as having a skyline would be, an '02 SOM Z28 is just that much better.
EDIT: Just read this on the ad: "The car is being sold without title and therefore you will need to check with your state’s DMV as to getting the car titled and registered."
I don't know about you guys, but that's a BIG no-no to me in the world of car-buying.

Good find  I don't know why all these *** boys go ape **** over a ****ing skyline, who gives a ****? The F&F days are over
Edit: Just saw that Z28s 1/4 mile: 13.0 at 115. That trap speed is good for 12s, the skyline is only making 300 hp...
Black \'94 Trans Am A4- SLP CAI & Loudmouth<br />Red \'93 Firebird A4- Ram Air under the WS6 hood, !cat, exhaust.
That skyline isn't legal so if he wants a giant smashed cube of metal and plastic when the police find out about it then go for it. It's also ugly and only a GTS-T. It's not worth that price unless you are a JDM fanboy.
z28... oddly enough skylines are starting to get common here... I am not exagerating that I see more skylines then I do Srt-4s at car meets
Probably due to the lax Florida auto laws.

The G35 isn't even close to a R33. You are correct that the G35 is the new skyline, but the new skyline is a pansy. You are also right about the price being crazy considering it isn't legalized and isn't a GTR.
if it were a gtr id take it. that way i could be be a v8 fbody douchebag and a import nut swinger douchebag at the same time. dual douchebagging = 20000hp.
current car- 95 Trans am- bolt ons, parked and collecting dust. why? because **** it
