Yeah I thought about selling it when hit 90K but then I thought I like this car so damn much I'll probably just run it till it wont run no more. 3800 series II engine is quite a reliable engine.....right now i am at 83,000 miles ......i haven't decided if i am gonna keep it or sell it as it still retains the resale value :rolleyes: ......Comment

i have a 96 and I just hit 67,000 miles on it. its running fine just all the stuff on it like the radio shows its age. afterall it is ten years old

My 3.4 has roughly 135,000 on it. No major problems as of yet...mostly just small stuff: plugs, wires, O2 sensors, water pump, battery, alternator, etc., etc., etc. And speaking of which...3 or 4 times in the last 2 weeks its acted like the battery was weak and didnt want to crank. I took it to the auto electrical place this morning to have everything checked. They said the battery and starter was good. I must have cranked it 15-20 times at the shop....do ya think it acted up while it was there??? Nooooooooooo!!! So I thanked them for looking at it and left. Now I'm at a loss of words, not sure just what the hell to think. I just know that now I'm paranoid of going off somewhere, it not cranking and not being able to get back home. Anybody have some ideas of what I should check?Comment

no major problems (knock wood.)
i had a coil go bad that i had just put in though. friggin accel. thats really it. oh and ive replaced the tensioner.
everything else has just been preventative maintenece/me having too much money burning a hole in my pocket.
i gotta do an oil change.
thinking about it, my interior is in great shape for a car with so many miles/so old. cept the piece of the dash that cracked off. grr.
