But seriously, lets look at it from a business viewpoint. Why bring back both the Camaro and Firebird right now? Why not wait to bring the bird back? They're going to make sure the Comero doesn't flop, then when its sales begin to decline, thats where the bird comes in.

PS. I've heard Saleen is in talks with GM on the new camaro :naughty:

Pontiac guys have always had the short end of the stick as far as Fbodies go, and always will (i.e. the fireturd is dead and no one really gives a sh!t)

Isn't the Firebird more expensive than the Camaro?

Even the TA is more expensive than the Z28 or SS.

If the camaro is a flop(which it wont be) why would they bring out a car EXACTLY like it. If it would be a flop they would bring out a hybrid or something like that not another fbody

Wow, at first i was sorry i started this debate, but its turning out quite nicely, why is it that the moderators dont want us doing this?

Yeah, it looks like a sleeping dragon or something. Dragons eat people and generally kick *** so thats alright. But the ws6 trans am is the most badass agressive looking car ever made. There is no other car I like more as far as looks go.

I am a camaro guy, but i started off with a formula, then i got the v6 camaro, and well ill admit that the ram air/hi rise spoiler t/a's look better than the camaro, the base 98^ birds with no ram air and no hi rise just dont look great either. So ill take the look of a newer camaro. But then again, ladies love those huge nostrils of a ram air hood..so do i...
