Most of you remember the problems I had with that crazy seller on Ebay who cashed my checks (for carbon fiber parts and a gauge panel) and then filed "non-payment" disputes, then sent me trash, then filed again for non-payment from Ebay, then got pissed off when I left negative feedback and threatened to have a collections agency come after me for $10,000 for each negative feedback, ect ect...
Well, I open up my emails last night and receive this from him:
"you are simply too stupid for your own good, you were directed to return the items of which you refused, when you indicated you wanted a refund ofcourse if granted I am not going to pay for your fees and thus if you returned then I would have filed for the credit, you nor your bank can do anything about that....... you will learn one day what a legal contract is and the repurcussions of breaching one :)"
This person is a ****ing nut. I told him I wanted a FULL REFUND (of which he never offered to me) and now he writes this ****. I NEVER refused a return. I asked for ONE. And.. he'll "file for credit" on top of that?!?!? The dirtbag has a "nice" way with words too. Love the name-calling. So once again, I forwarded this mail to Ebay (for about the 7th time now) and demanded that they investigate and close the seller's account. I said that this is now harrassment on his behalf and I will report EBAY for letting this go on and the SELLER to the Better Business Bureau.
I tried to find this idiot's account to see if he was still selling, but I didn't see it. Let me know if you guys find it while your surfing Ebay. It's Wholesale_Dealzzz.
