Go to any fitness store..... buy a "rubber" suit (it looks like a poncho)..... jump in sauna in suit..... pounds come off.
Best of luck
BAD idea.
They make things like that called "solar suits" that some wrestlers use. They aren't safe at all as they do a REAL good job of insulating your body. Guys have died using these suits because of dehydration.
my buddy had back problems, and his doctor recomended he lose about 30 lbs even though he wasnt overweight at all.. and he put him on a grapefrut diet.
apparantly he said its not that healthy to stay on for too long but its what nasa uses for their astronauts?..
You can eat all the greens you want, salad etc. but nothing else except grapefruits
he lost the 30 lbs in like 2 weeks with no excercise
So is there anything true about the heat thing? I have heard lots of different things to lose weight but nothing official about the high heat thing.
or is it just what people do in the wrestling.
Whats the heat thing? You mean high temps? If so, yes you can lose a lot of "weight" in high temps by sweating. Its just water weight though, it'll come back faster than a v6 comero
