Typical GM marketing bullcrap of "lets sell the exact same car under 4 different badges!" Yea.... that'll work.

And and naming it a Corvette... Brilliant! Whos idea was that? Why not just go a step further and call it a Ferrari!

If I'm not mistaken, it shares a bit in common with the vette chassis, merely shrunk by 30% or something like that.

i couldnt believe it when saturn got a kappa car over chevy.

ive been wanting to see a chevy one for a while now.

but i dont think the corvette name would be appropriate.

                    monza? corvair? :p

Re: The GM version of the Sky/Solstice

Hey now!!! dont be knocking the Monzas...they were great little cars, they simply came along at a bad time (70s gas shortages), this is one prime example of GM missing a golden opportunity. They had so much potential to be real badazzes, if GM had only had a set of cajones. At least they did put 305's and the weak California 350's in them, therefore making a easy swap for real power. For no more $$$ than I had in mine, it was relatively fast for what it was back in the day. Anyhoo getting back to the original comment....if GM were to put a 6 cylinder in a vette....or call something less a corvette---well thats completely insane and stupid on their part.

                          That was a huge Photo-Shop/fake.
