I agree with what everyone has said so far. I dont trick or treat anymore, Im 21. But as a kid I loved waling for miles and getting free candy. The best part of halloween was always putting on stupid costumes. And those long walks always made the candy taste that much better. Kids these days are just to lazy or scared because of their parents to go outside.

our school (university of toledo) does "Halloween Walk" where kids come to the dorms and we hand out candy. Most of the kids come with parents from bad neighboorhoods and this lets them have a safe controlled place to trick or treat... we ran out of candy

well you cant blame the people from bad neighborhoods for not wanting their kids running around in a *****y place. thats the only reason i wouldnt let my kids do it is if i lived in a bad part of town.

How else are they gonna learn the streets? Strap 'em up with some heat to pack and send them out! My kid is gonna be street smart before book smart

agreed... i think its awesome that our school does the halloween walk for the kids
