    i call it soda, soda pop, coke, 7-up, sprite, Root beer (a&w or barqs or mug), mtn dew,

    do ya see a pattern?

    but mostly IN THESE PARTS, it be SODA

        I honestly hate any single person who calls it pop, or every soda coke. I hate most of you in this thread now.

          i sometimes call it pop, usually i just refer to its name, coke, mt dew, i think coke has generally replaced the name for pop or soda, i just dont like saying soda

              Calling it coke is like calling all drugs pot, or all beers Budweiser. What don't people understand? Pop is acceptable, but extremely gay.

                    In the hood (stl hoe) we call it grape drank, or blue drank.

                    Blue drank = sugar, water, and blue.

                      soda is just plain weird. its definately pop. not soda. I think its funny that mt. dew can be a "coke" so i'll let it slide but soda just plain sucks. it is, always has been and ever shall be POP.
