damn, that sucks to hear man.. you definately need to check who the cop is filing as at fault... but not to be a d*ck, but ive been in a few accidents in my days... never have i forgotten anything about any of them.. I can say to this day (even accidents from when i was 8) what was going on and I remember all of them fully... it sounds like you either just dont want to admit it or you werent paying attention...
either way, its no big deal.. no one was hurt, cars can be fixed... youll just end up paying more for insurance... glad to hear your are all right...

i didnt forget but i didnt see it.. me and the kid in the pass seat bth didnt see it the sun really glares on that road i thought it was a green ...guess not though..thats why i dont remember i dont know if it was me or him that ran a red because i thought it was green the sun was right in my eyes though but from what i remember noone else but him pulled out of the intersection so i dont know... and u guys really dont have to be asshoels about it eaither
