My brother calls me from the Hyundai Dealership to pick him up cuz he brought his car in for a few problems. His remote door unlock(driver side) didnt work, his airbag light was on, and it was hard shifting.
its not the first time we had problems with them. last time my bro brought it in just for a window motor and when he gets back his keys they didnt work, and he notices the paper attatched to the key said silver tiburon and his car is teal blue. it turned out they replaced it on the wrong car! also they didnt give him a free rental car for either time, when i brought in my car for a weak turn signal they offered me one jeez.
ne way this time i pick him up and the service manager, the guy who just writes down the info and stuff, who dont need to know ne thing about the car to get that job, gave my bro a bunch of bs. he says "i need to take a look at it first" as if hes guna do nething. and also asked if my bro lowered his car and my bro asks yah why. the service guy says "oh it might mess with the vehicle dimenions, as if it would affect the clutch or tranny.
unfortunately the only other hyundai dealership is like 30 min away while that one is only like 12 min. unfortunately i had class when my bro got a ride from a friend to pick it up cuz i really wanted to say to him
"so this is what one looks like"
"one what looks like?"
