That is what I figured, I don't give a damn, I'll probably dump a T56 in it anyways.

              I second that, TPI blows...

              Picture it, 350 L98 tpi -245hp....

350 L98 with aluminum heads, and light cam minus the TPI drop a performer intake/4brl carb boom 350hp.... Well I think that about says it.. Oh well okay its bored 60 thousands over also.

As far as LS7, why bother, stick an old school bored and stroked 454 in there take her to 520, then dump a huge blower on top, and call it a day at over 2000hp, and 10 gallons of gas burned in a 1/4 mile.... But that would be hardly drivable I guess..

$4k, its a '89 with about 170k on it, motor has a fresh full rebuild about 20k miles ago now with the new bore.

I think it was worth it but I need to finish it off, the rear quarters are rusted in the inside, but I figure I can find a decent body guy to get those good again, then I need to do the two front floor pan sections and the rear drivers side, so I think I'll just do the most the floors. Headliner needs to be replaced, gauges are shot except the fuel and tach, which is really all I need I have a separate oil pressure, water temp, and voltage gauge. So baisically I paid for a pretty clean body, that needs some floor attention, and a fairly thrashed interior, oil stains little stuff, rear seats are clean, but I think I'm going to re-cover them anyways to match the black Corbeau's I have my eyes on. New Dakota Digital gauges most likely. It will be a nice project, and overall thats what I wanted.

And as far as power I was talking to the guy who owned it previously, he said he was going to do pretty much everything I was and then a few stiffeners, and put a supercharger on it, he said the compression is low enough to get a few lbs of pressure no problem.
