How often do you all get asked about your car by strangers? I'm about once a week, if its a dry spout its about 2 weeks.

Most of my friends ask me about it cuz I have my dual purge pic on Facebook and it totally freaks them out so they ask about it. Other than that, friends just ask how its coming along since I blew up my intake at the track.

lol ya I get a lot of requests to rev it, never do though too much of a risk of getting pulled over. I think I get asked around here is because there aren't a lot of nice fbodies. Those that are nice are garage kept 11 months of the year ; )

I get asked to rev every once and a while but around here there are just rich jews with $80,000 cars so to them my car is nothing special but id take an American car over a bmw or mercedes anyday (unless its given to me then id take it and trade it in for a vette)

Yea but beamers and mercs sound like scheiB.. as the sausage guzzlers would say.

The other day some weirdos driving a saturn yelled out their window at me two lanes over "HEY! Is that a camaro?!?" I just looked down over my sunglasses at them :cool: and asked if what they were in was a saturn or a turd.

I don't like obnoxious weirdos heckling me across the street.

But yea... especially recently, cuz i've been taking a lot of pictures. Although when i was up in SF with Jack and Julian some random stranger with a small dog complimented my jacket instead

i get a lot of people asking to ride in it....
every once in a while i get the weird person complimenting me on it, and then not believing me that its a v6. that always makes me feel good.

i usually get comments at the gas station, from the attendants or other drivers. About once every few weeks or so, I'll pull into the gas station, and the attendant (usually a teenage kid) will come over and I'll ask for regular (87 octane). The kid will give me a weird look, and say "Are you sure? I thought these cars get super" - mistaking it for a V8. I tell him "Don't worry, it's just a V6."

Other times, I'll get comments in the parking lot at the supermarket, mall, etc.

Ive never seen that in Michigan around me anywhere

See it in a few places on vacation

Have never experienced it myself except when filling up the GF's car and I make her do it(Since im paying for it, equal trade i guess)

Back on topic, only usually in parking lots i get alot of stares when the tops are off

Also when driving girls will look over anticipating some "handsome" guy driving, then they see me and get all disappointed...

Oh well, people get curious around topless things

ya i was all confused about that too the first time i went down to NJ...i got out to pump my gas and then this guys comes out and does it for me...it was great

i get it everynow and then. i had some dude in a van chase me down just to ask what motor it had in it then told me my car looked nice. most people ask about the interior more than anything
