Well, I got in an accident 3 weeks ago and just got the car back last Thursday. Still a lot of problems and has to go back. Well, anyway, I was driving home on Tuesday from B-ball in the dark of night. I was driving about the speed limit when I catch a deer running at an angle toward the street. It is about 5 ft away! I think, "Oh **** I'm going to hit it". I slam on my brakes and the thing darts right in front of me and I hit it. This think slides up my hood (Its face hits my windshield) and launches of the left and lands across the road. I probably hit doing 30 or so. The thing gets up, and runs crazily around and away. I hesitate and scream every curse word in about 2 sentences. I don't get out and just drive home (house is about 3 miles away from the incident). I thought it was totalled. Got home and parked it. Slowly got out and went to the front and there was nothing! I practically **** my pants. After further review, the left side of my hood was pushed in about an 1/8 of an inch, not even noticeble (only to me). I thank God. I'm so lucky, but also unlucky for hitting it.
