Re: How Much For Your Car?

I bought mine brand new with only 17mi. on the Odometer when the first 98+ look came out. Was going to buy '89 TA GTA Convert. made by PAS. But the new look attracted me.

                1998 Firebird Y87
                3.8 engine
                Need to check mileage.
                Mint Condition
                Perfect Paint
                T-top
Got into an accident when still new so passenger door and mirror are no longer original. I felt sorry for the car because I didn't respect it. I was going to trade it for an TA or Corvette. But made up my mind and decided to keep it and make it part of my family.

Paid $24,984 fully paid 8 years ago--the Bird is mine.

Re: How Much For Your Car?

bought it off my dad in November 2003(roughly 3 years old now) he upgraded to a vette and offered me what they offered him on trade in, since I was car shopping.
                  2000 5-speed Camaro
                  NBM
                  32,000 miles on it
$12k (at the time Kbb trade in value)

ITs not a rare car but not too common, pretty fully loaded except for leather and t-tops. But it was a 5-speed. and I later put t-tops in so just need some leather.

                  Now has 68k

                    3.4L A4
                    3 Miles
I think it was $16,500 out the door.

Didn't we just have a thread like this?

                      1995 bright a$$ red FB
                      3.4 5-speed
bought 5 years ago with 50K miles, paid something like $4800. So many cars over the years, it's hard to keep track of what was what.

1997, 3.8L Red V6 Camaro. Manual, 5-speed (I hate autos :P ). Had 70K on the clock when i got it, it's up to 77 already (I got it in June). ONly real defect is the tinting is coming off of the passenger side window, the a/c didn't work (got a compressor form my uncle for cheap), and the dash has a crack in it (came with a dash mat though, so I'm fine). Now the goods :P Came with a cat-back exhaust already, had some nice seat covers and a rear ground fx on it. I paid $4500 for it. (still paying off the loan :P)
