Im guna wait a while. dont have the money right now plus just to see if they have ne bugs they need to work out and it would probably be hard to get 1 ne way. so far i heard they wont be able to play some ps and ps2 games but will have updated software online to fix that.

I just came back from Best Buy about 10 minutes ago. I was walking in and there was like fifty tents set up outside with a bunch of kids looking like bums lounging in front of the place. It's ridiculous what people will do. I wish I had that 400 or 600 or whatever money it costs for the PS3 burning in my pocket to just up and overpay for a piece of electronic crap just because I want to be one of the first...

I don't think they are waiting to be "the first" they are waiting to double up their money. Either way they are losers, I would rather whore myself to make money than to ebay a stupid game, I would enjoy myself more that way. It's freaking COLD!!!

All of those people waiting now are going to buy it and then resell it on ebay. They should make anywhere from $600+ on it. I know at least 3 people called me offering 50/100 dollars for standing in line to get one. **** that. Its a shame what people will do for money nowadays

There's like a line of people who camped out at Circuit City, Best Buy and Fry's. I'm talking about hundreds of people and the store will only sell so many of them.

I'm going to try to get one for my son, but chances are remote. I think only 100,000 units are comming to Canada. I called around to all the stores and no one will tell me how many will be on the shelf tommorrow morning. I hear that most will go to store employees and customers who bought huge $$$ home theater systems and TVs.

Best Buy allows their employees to get first dibs on the units as long as they promise not to re-sell it within a year.

Oh I hear ya man, like I said, it's genius. But now the poor dude who posted above me can't even buy one for his son because of the dipsh*ts snatching them up, not because they want it, but because they want to make a quick buck by screwing others over.

Oh well, I don't even know why I care, lol. Maybe deep down im just angry because I didn't think of it myself, :naughty:. If you're dumb enough to pay these bums sitting out in front of Best Buy the extra cash, then you deserve getting screwed :p. It won't kill little Timmy to play his PS2 for a couple more months until the three makes regular price and quantities.
