This is a rather stupid thing to debate about..........The point is, we should all feel sorry for the victim and pray that he makes it through this whole incident.
It has happened already and it's over and done with, we can't wonder why nobody stepped in to help the boy, and we can't attack other members of this forum stating whether or not they would have stepped in to help this kid.
I'm rather sure that anyone here would have went and helped that kid immediately and did everything in their power to beat the sense out of the sodomizer. I gurantee though, that once this man is in prison and other inmates find out what he is in there for, he will be sodomized until he either kills himself, or tries to fight his way out of being sodomized and is killed by the inmates he tried to fight. My uncle used to work on the S.W.A.T. team for a prison and he used to tell us stories about the people who died or killed themselves that were in there for rape or any type of sex abuse crimes......I always wondered why, but I suppose it makes sense now............but he told us how the inmates, upon finding out that someone was a sex offender in there, they would naturally give those people a hard time and give them hell until one of two things happened, they were killed or killed themselves. I always wondered why do other inmates care what he did to get in there, they all broke the law in one way or the other..... though I suppose even ones who did something else to get into prison still realize how messed up it is to commit a sex crime and probably think of a child they may have or a little cousin or niece or nephew and just see that sex offender doing it to them......
Well, I'm rambling, main thing is, that guy will get what is coming to him.
not saying I say what the guy was doing was right, but before we get all boohoo about the victim...
According to testimony, the attack was triggered by the victim's drunken pass at a 12-year-old girl and his attempt to steal drugs.
17 year old drunk kid hitting on a 12 year old(junior/senior in HS, hitting on a 7th grader, maybe 6th grader) And then this kid tried to steal some drugs...
Not saying he deserved it, but the kid was drunk hitting on a girl waaay to young for him, then tried to steal some drugs. An assbeating sounded like it was in order, but maybe not the assreaming...
This could also be the reason why no one really did anything to stop the guy.
PS by prison standards this guy isn't a sex offender.
