Yeah, I've seen this a few days ago on channel 6. I tried to freeze the frame, save it, then increase the brightness to see the car number, but I couldn't do it. Whoever it is will be losing his/her job real soon. Internal Affairs is all over this!
Is there anyone here who can freeze the photo and get the car number? I'd really like to know what district & who it is.
This reminds me of our undercover narcotics agent here in Picayune. He's always out at the illegal drag races, and he even races his cruiser once in awhile to the ones who believe that their car will outrun the cops.
So really he is doing them a favor and letting them know that even though his car is faster, his radio dispatch is very fast so don't run from the cops. :P
Greater Northeast, near the intersection of Frankford Av & Grant Av. The real estate agents consider my house as "On Campus" at Holy Family College, although I'm a few blocks away from it.
Car and driver did their round of testing on a crown vic a couple of years ago, same engine as the regular crown vic you or I could buy but they list it as having like 5-10 more hp compared to "civilian" cars. They are supposed to handle much better however and actually sit like 1 inch higher for the stiffer suspension. They are a couple of 10ths slower in the 1/4 than the civilian one also due to weight. I want to say like 15.8 or right around there, I remember it being a couple of 10ths slower than our 3.8's in the quarter which are listed at 15.5.
