Re: and you thought you had alot to eat for thanksgiving
rats are fur wussy snakes........:P J/k wait until he gets past rats and starts eating full grown white bunny rabbits. It's awesome to watch the eating process when the rabbit is jumping all around the cage trying to get away.
Yeah, sounds cruel to watch but hey, it's the food chain for ya.

it's creepy to hear the rabbit 'scream' at the last second though. My old roommate had some sort of python (I think). I could lift 20 lbs weights off the top of his tank. HUGE snake.

u should post a disclaimer everytime you post picture of your snake because it makes me crazy .............. i am snakophobic...........right after i looked at the snake picture, i looked back from my chair left and right thinking the snake is in my room.............. i am not as crazy scared as kristen is of fish, but i HATE reptiles............... i could watch blood, crazy operating room surgeries but no snakes!

It was probably a nihog python. They are rather strong, and the most sought after pet python snake around I believe. And they usually feed on rabbits after they are 6 months to a year old. When I was 8 I had one, and it took my sister and myself to hold that sucker up. Her name was Lucy because if you looked at her scales, there was a spot of black right behind her, well neck I guess you could say that pretty clearly spelled "Lucy" so that's what I named her.
