So im at school stopped waiting for someone to back out and BAM! Someone hits me. The school shuttle bus went through the yield and failed to yield. doesn't look like much but its over $2000. Or so the local chevy dealer says.

from the picture's im 90% sure his frame is fine. my car's frame wasnt even swayed a quarter inch and it was definatly hit harder than that( and directly on the fender,toward the frame ). but its possible i guess.

can we get an under hood shot? hows the rad/rad sopport? does the hood open/close and latch correctly?

you aren't going to pay a dime for that. they also owe you a rental car while your camaro is being fixed. don't even bother going through your insurance company.

a) Why sue if they are paying for the damages?
b) Schools have "plenty of money" because we tax payers or tuition payers put it there.

Yeah the bus driver admitted he hit me and we both and went and saw his boss. I call my insurance company told them what happend and he called his company. I shouldn't have to pay a dime. And no Pat, I was listening to disturbed lol. I want it to get fixed at the Chevy dealer, I used to work there and they do an excellent job.
