Wasnt that bad but you could run into problems. The Ls6 came complete from a wrecked ZO6 from my fathers dealership. I had the wiring harness, all the pullies (which had to be switched to a camaros style), exhaust manifolds, everything. After I got most of my here and there parts from ebay. I had to get the oil pan for an LS1 camaro along with the ECM. Also had to mod the MAF to the CAI. That was the most of it. It was harder to get the 572 in the el camino than the LS6 into the camaro.

What kind of tuning do you need for a turbo? I have looked at your personal page a few times and seen what you have done with your car. Very nice and by far yellow is the best color.

for mild boost (350-400 rwhp) you need HP tuners (witch you can use on your other cars too) and some 36 lb/hour injectors from a GTP (usally find used for $50 for 6)

then after the kit is on you can adjust fueling and timing.... a base tune to make the car safe (from lean and KR) take me about 20minutes to make.

yes i'm a turbo guy but to get the power dyne to the base level of turbos is about the same money, so if you want a SC that bad you can get the mach performance kit witch is a pro charger head unit and it has an IC then again its about $5000, lol
